Helping you achieve your goals is my top priority. Achieving your goals isn't impossible and it shouldn't feel that way. It's an amazing and empowering feeling to accomplish your goals. I believe that most people fail to accomplish their goals because they don't have the right plan for their goals and needs and they don't have anyone to hold them accountable. Your goals are the final destination and I create a map to help you get there. I have taken my experience as a former Division 1 and Professional football player and developed my own training programs that help clients lose weight, build muscle, and live happier and healthier lives. Many of my clients notice improvements in their physical health, mental health, and relationships. I understand that each individual has unique goals and needs and I use an individualized approach to create training and nutrition programs tailored to each client's unique goals and needs. I have developed my training program by working with a variety of people, and constantly adapting my program to the needs of my new clients.




I was a little hesitant at first knowing that he would push me to my limits. He has had a game plan since day one and has adjusted that plan, when needed, to meet my abilities. With Jereke's help, I'm stunned to say that I have lost 82 pounds in 7 months and I have never felt better.
